Finally I have time to browse diffrent McDonald's site all around the world to check the toys that currently featured in their Happy Meal.
Happy Meal Argentina features 4 figures from Pucca and 4 figures from Naruto.

Happy Meal Belgium features toys from the movie How to Train a Dragon. These figures are the same with the US release.
Happy Meal China have Naruto and Hello Kitty for their Happy meal set. These set where already released in Japan few months back.
Happy Meal India has an interesting set. It includes 4 figures from the anime Doraemon. If I'm not mistaken Happy Meal Doraemon toys never reached Philippines yet.
Happy Meal Japan has a hi-tech set featuring i-Dog from Sega.
Happy Meal Australia goes musical by giving away cds frpm Wootonia.
And lastly, Happy Meal Mexico features figure from My Little Pony and Batman the Bave and the Bold. I really hope that the Batman set reach Philippines.
